Project: Orphanage/City of Refuge In The Philippines
Initial goal: Construct first Orphanage building (Phase 1) for the Orphanage/City of Refuge within a 1,000 sq. meter area (0.28 acres).
Description: 7 hectares (17.28 acres) with flowing springs and clear pools of water.
The above mentioned property has been donated by Gadiel Malinay for the exclusive use of the Orphanage. An area of 1,000 sq. meters (0.28 acres) would the first phase of the project and will expand as the need arises.
Various fruit-bearing trees/plants: Coconut, Jackfruit, Rambutan, Santol, Coffee, Cacao, etc.
Place is right along the highway and electrical lines in the area.

LONG TERM SOLUTIONS FOR ORPHANAGE
Donation and outreach opportunity
One time donations or Monthly
Build orphanages then expand to City of Refuge. Phase by phase as God provides. The orphanages will become self-supporting. Farming changes culture.
Buy land, orphans dorms, kitchen-dining building. Dining area can be multipurpose use (Church service, etc.), school, FARMING, businesses, and homes for missionaries, Pastors, and apartments for older orphans in future. Construction workers, farmers, teachers, Nannies, Pastors, and missionaries needed. People who love God and love other people needed.
Dig wells, irrigation if needed. Plumbers and electricains needed.
Clothing and the same items we grew up with (Sports, music, electronics, etc).
Child care, Nannies in orphanages. Baby care and cooks needed.
EDUCATION, also English second language (ESL) Teachers needed. Pastors needed because part of the orphans education is Biblical training. FAITH based.
BUSINESS TRAINING, job and skill training, farming and garden training, and leadership training. College tuition for continued education. Doctors, lawyers, etc.
MEDICAL CLINIC, many countries have very few Doctors, including Dental and eye doctors needed.
Support missionaries and Pastors in orphanages or others who work short or long term to help orphans, widows, and poor.
Mission opportunities. Short term and long term. Many opportunities for church groups, men’s groups, women’s groups, and youth to experience mission work.
Take a step of faith and grow your faith by helping any way possible. If you come on a mission trip to see for yourself the needs and experience the hopelessness that these people would have without anybody to help. The children want to be loved and enjoy going to school. They are learning who Jesus is accepting Jesus as their Savior. They will make a difference in their country because people cared and helped.
Catch the vision of making a long term solution. With Almighty God and the faith of the followers of Jesus Christ together we can change peoples lives and change nations. Give thanks to the Lord who gives life.
